In connection with Golden Jubilee functions, Science talks and seminars were organzed by the school and the Management for the students as well as parents.

This was aimed at giving an awareness to the children and parents about nutrion, hygiene and adeloscence problems.

Dr. Kala R Swamy,Lady Medical Officer, Health Center, CSIR-CFTRI, addressed the students from V standard to IX standard in a seminar held on 13th of December 2014 and discussed the problems related with adeloscence.

      

Dr. H.R.Manikarnika, retired eye specialist from the department of Health and family welfare, who is currently taken up the adolescent education, addressed the students of high school (VIII, IX & X Std.) 13th January 2015 on the topic " ADOLESCENT PROBLEMS, CHALLENGES AND REMEDIES". She also distributed hand billsto the students.

      

A seminar on"Hygiene and Nutrtion" was organized for nursery children along with their parents on 14th February 2015. Dr. chetana R, Senior Technical Scientist, Traditional and Sensory Science Dept., CSIR-CFTRI addressed the gathering and gave and impressive information and also had a discussion with the parents.

      

A Pulse Polio programme was also conducted for the nursery children on 21 January 2015, in which staff nurses from BM Hospital visited and took part.
